Arts IMPACT Middle School (AIMS) is an excellent choice for students in Columbus City Schools who are creative, arts-oriented and are committed to working hard in both their Arts and Academic classes. Students and families interested in attending AIMS have two ways to pursue admissions at AIMS. One way is through Selective Admissions which is reserved for 20% of our incoming 6th grade class that meets the criteria listed below. Additionally 5th grade students from Duxberry Park Arts IMPACT are also provided the opportunity to continue their Arts IMPACT education without filling out a lottery or selective admissions application. The other way to pursue enrollment at AIMS is to apply through the traditional Columbus City Schools lottery process (see details below).

Selective Admissions for Arts Schools: (Duxberry Park Alternative School, Arts Impact Middle School and Fort Hayes Arts and Academics High School) Auditions and Meetings arranged by individual schools during the month of February, 2017
